Transferring backup from Seagate portable drive

My new Mac Book Pro only has the smaller USB ports. How do I transfer backups from Seagate portable drive? Thanks.

Hi,

You need to get USB-C(Thunderbolt3) to USB adapter to connect Seagate portable drive if it has ordinal USB port.
