Apple iTunes Card code not working

I redeemed the card and it sailed balance applied. I check and refresh 4 times no balance tried to redeem the code again and it said this card had already been redeemed

iPhone XS Max, iOS 12

Try logging out and back into the account and see if the balance updates.

I bought an iTunes card sailed, when i got home and scratched the card. i tried to redeem it but i was told that this card has already been redeemed.
