Locked out of my icloud email account within the mail app of windows 10.

Locked out of my icloud email account within the mail app of windows 10. It tells me password is incorrect but I know it is correct. Can anyone help?

How to unclock an email account using apple ID when it is locked and you can't log into the email account because it is frozen?? How do I unlcok an apple ID using an email account when I can't log into the email account because it is locked? It is an icloud account.
