How do I unlcok an apple ID using an email account when I can't log into the email account because it is locked? It is an icloud account.

Last option, unless you can answer the security question or gain access to your email account, is to try and turn on tee we o factor authentication from Password & Security settings on s device using the Apple ID.

Yes I have and I don’t remember the answer. It only gives me one questions and then responds with “it doesn’t match our records. Please try again”
