What to do if i used a hidden email and cannot sign in to a app with the Apple log in?

1. Tap Settings 
2. Select [your name] at the top
3. Tap iCloud, then Hide My Email

Both answers did not resolve my issue. When I used the assigned, hidden an email to retrieve my password it gave me an error and said that the email didn’t exist. I never created a password because Apple uses your face ID to verify you so there’s never a password to retrieve. I then tried to use the my personal email that was used to forward and it basically created a new account for me that did not link the original account with the hidden email. The shopping company needed to verify a purchase I made and sent me an email that I needed to verify my account and I wasn’t able to ever verify it because it required me to enter the password of the hidden an email. Please help resolve this issue as I will not be able to make future purposes because the fraud department of the shopping company has put a hold on my account.

I love this response because it’s literally what many of us are going through and trying to figure out and honestly apple has my thoughts of them pretty much on a fence and questioning their company judgment. Apple's a pretty big deal, well supposedly thats what they have obsessively been trying to convince us but when something like this happens where the group of people they have chosen to research, draft out, study then create detailed scenarios and outcomes etc. And then pitch it fully to another group etc. To completely get this whole thing launched up and ready and into the phone setting up and running theres a process and approvals from multiple overheads etc. So the fact that this plan was created and not one did it occur to the group or to any of the people who had this pitched to them and the others that are above them TO ANYONE DID THE IDEA OF THIS EVEN BEING SOME KIND OF ISSUE? lol and what really baffles me ! It actually blows my mind, the fact that they still haven't addressed it , even if they haven't found a solution yet but confirms to us that they are aware of the problem we are encountering and that they are trying to come up with the solution or something ! But instead its like they are not readibg our issues and skimming the consumers concerns or avoiding the community
