Apple Watch does not show incoming calls or text after upgrade

First things first, make sure your Watch isn’t in Do Not Disturb. If not, on your iPhone, open the Watch app and scroll down to the “Phone” option. Tap it and make sure it’s set to “Mirror my iPhone” and that you have Wi-Fi Calling on. You also should be sure that both your iPhone and Apple Watch are up to date (iOS 12.3.2 and watchOS 5.2.1). If you continue to have problems, contact Apple Support.

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
