Restoring safari
I removed safari to replace it with Firefox but safari is needed to open certain emailed dispatched work I do to complete my job assignments , how do I restore safari back on my phone?

I'm not sure how you deleted Safari, but see the Restore a built-in app that you deleted section of the article below.
Apps - Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS device or Apple Watch
If necessary, do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
