How do I change my Hotspot name, but not my iPhone name? Possible?
[ I understand setting both is Settings >General>About>Name. I ONLY want to change Hotspot name and keep my iPhone name as-is.]

Your personal hotspot takes on the name of your phone. You can’t change the hotspot name without changing the phone’s name.
