how do you find a passcode that was never even put on phone? when we went to transfer her last phone it ask but they by passed it n now it won't by pass it an she has no nothing from her iCloud.

You can't, and there is no way to 'bypass' it. If the previous phone wasn't backed up to iTunes or iCloud, then the data is lost.
