Hey, i know that in website its said that there is no way to pass the passcode without deleting all the data inside it.
but i really have very important stuff there.
shouldn't apple have another way to verify the person who is the really owner of the phone because what I been told that this move apple made it as protection from thefts

I am sorry, if you have forgotten your Lock Screen passcode and there is no backup, then all data is lost, if you have one not to worry. But if you have forgotten the Screen Time Passcode and even if you have a backup everything is lost because restoring will bring back the screen time restrictions (Status Quo).
