This just started happening to me about half an hour ago. I have an Apple Wireless keyboard connected to an iMac. Also when I click d for an extended period of time, this pops up
it also doesn’t let me type any of the number keys other than 3

Please reset the SMC with all external peripherals disconnected 2-3 times and then re-test your keyboard. If that does not work, please restart in Safe Mode and then re-test.

If the above doesn't help, connect another keyboard and test. If that works as expected, then it's a hardware issue with the keys and you should replace the keyboard.
