Is it possible to log onto iCloud on the Internet using a PC whereupon I can go through files deleting things

Hello everyone.

Is it possible to log onto iCloud on the Internet using a PC whereupon I can go through files deleting things. So when I do a factory re install I don’t end up with things I just don’t want.

Yes.

Go to iCloud.com and enter your Apple ID, current password and verification code if needed.
