Apple Music won’t play downloaded songs...

Hello, I have just signed up for the free trial and so far not so great. It will play the songs that I have in my library but it will not play any of the songs that I have downloaded. It just try’s to skip over them and then just doesn’t play anything. Is there a way I can fix it?

Ok, did you Force restart iPhone?

This isn’t the same as turning it off or using the power off slider , you must wait until the Apple logo appears, then you can release the button(s)

while this music with no sound plays, use the control Center volume slider to turn it up to see if that helps. With sound issues it can help to adjust volume while you’re using the affected app.

You should also make sure your iOS software is up to date as well.

As a last resort, If the above steps still don't help you can delete the music app and reinstall it from the App Store.

If you can't download, play, or access songs

First, check iTunes to see if the song is ineligible for upload., if you added the song to your library from the Apple Music catalog, it might no longer be available on Apple Music.
