Please explain this. What will look better quality for my videos at any resolution in 4K? (Options on iPhone for 4K are 4K 24, 4K 30, and 4K 60). What I mean is which button do I press too make my videos look the best at any given resolution,

Which format should I use (the one found in the setting a, camera, Record video) that would look the best with the efficiency buttons being set (on the screenshot below) too look the best?

It depends how you would like to see your videos.

I shoot in 24 frames per second, cause this way videos look more cinematic.

Some people are enough with 30fps, some shoot only in 60fps.

Check all of them and pick the one you like.
