how to change counrty on your App Store by accident

Sign out, restore your region, then sign back in.

• Launch Settings.
• ITunes App Store - your name - Sign Out
• Close Settings.

• Launch App Store App 
• Tap on your profile in upper right corner
• Scroll down to .Sign out 

• Launch Settings 
• Tap on General.
• Tap on Language & Region near the bottom.
• Tap on Region
• Select your home region

• in Settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign in 

If you only browsed a different country's store try just logging out and back into the account in the app
