Issues with purchase

I was trying to purchase in Yalla.live app but it shows me a message saying as it shows in the picture below “the purchase could not be completed please contact www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww “ please could you tell me what is the issue and why I cannot complete the purchase?

If you haven't already done so contact iTunes Support as instructed to do : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
