Apple Music isn’t working... Again!

I keep getting a subscribe to Apple Music when I go and try to play music from my phone. This has been happening now on and off for several months until finally I started to believe my subscription had ended. I got a charge to my credit card for Apple Music today and checked back and found that I had been getting charged with no interruption yet I am not able to use Apple Music.

Try these steps:

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

    1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
    2. Close Settings.
    3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.
    4. Turn on “Show Apple Music

 If they still don’t load:

  1. in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign out- then sign back  in - you will need to turn iCloud music library back on again.
