Hi, my friend is using an iPhone 7 Plus and wanted to log in with her old facebook account. On desktop works in safari works, only in Messenger and Facebook app isn’t logging in.
Tried resetting the network settings, than resetting location and privacy settings, force restart, but still not working.

The point is Apple did not create the apps you are having a problem with, and can't help you resolve those problems. Only the app developer or the company that distributes it can help. So that information was very useful. you just chose not to take advantage of all the work that went into creating that list of links to app support sites. I assume that you do know that blue text is generally a link that you have to click on to get further information?
