Can't login to Facebook and Messenger App

I accidentally logged out of my Facebook app and can no longer log in . It says "Login Failed" Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. ( I have Iphone Xs)

I have deleted the FB app and reinstalled it. I changed my password. I have reset network, I have reset all settings. I have reset Location & Privacy. Nothing is working.

Can you help me, pleasee?
