Annoying typing issue

My phone is repeating every letter I type and says a random word after it. For example, T for tango. How do I get rid of this?

Triple tap the Home button to disable the VoiceOver function.

Force restart iPhone

To Force restart iPhone 7

Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button.
When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
