I was fooling with my phone settings and now it’s repeating every word I type.
How do I stop this?
Go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Speech>Typing Feedback and make sure everything on that page is switched off.

I don't fully understand what's happening but this could be a bug. Kindly try to restart the phone.
