iWatch seies 2 stuck on activation error

HELP! My iWatch series 2 has been requesting update when i try to pair it with my iPhone 7 and then gets stuck with the activation error. How do i go by fixing that

After reset iWatch1 won’t pair iPhone again My iWatch1 was paired with my iPhone 6s. One day, I reset my iWatch. After that, I cannt pair again. The error message is “Apple Id is not correct”. But I’m sure it is correct and last paired one. I check iPhone 6 iCloud and see this iWatch. I think is error of Apple Activation.

I got this second hand Apple Watch Series 2 but I think not yet updated. I tried pairing with my iPhone but it says "Activation could not be completed. Please restore the Apple Watch and install the latest version of WatchOS and attempt activation again. If problem persists, please contact customer service." I got stuck with this. I have tried with iPhone 5 using iOS 10.3.4, iPhone 6 using 12.5.1 and another with iOS 12.5 but of no avail. I also tried iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 14.4 and 14.5 beta. What could be the problem. I don't know the WatchOS version.

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
