Storage full but it's not

My iPhone XR says that my storage is full but I have only used 27.2 GB out of my 64 GB ? So I’m just curious why it says that and it has offloaded almost every single one of my apps! I have deleted plenty and it still say it, and I can’t even take photos anymore!?

Storage full? My iPhone XR has 64 G of storage and apparently I have used 63.5 G. I have literally 5 apps that barely use any storage and I have deleted all my pictures. How can I fix this??? It’s really annoying and doesn’t make any sense

My iPhone storage is full. I have tried deleting some apps and photos but it’s still full My iPhone storage is full. I have deleted some apps and off loaded most apps. I have also deleted some photos but it keeps getting full and I can’t have access to many apps .

see and it says never used? But i have used it? It is off loaded and idk why
