Don't have Start-up Administrator Password

I need to change the Administrator Password to log into one of my G4 Quick Silver Power Macs.

My former employee placed his own password on it, and now I'm unable to login.

It's a Quick Silver DP 1Ghz running on OS 9.2 and I don't have an OEM OS CD to boot from.

Administrator password I need help in downloading the Big Sur MacOS to an older macbook pro. The system asks me for an administrator password. What is this and if I don't have this password, how do I get it to complete the download. Please help. Catherin

Ok... I found the answer among the SEARCH Category.

I just had to start up my computer while holding down the Apple Command and R keys, until DISK UTILITY appears.

There I could change the password and restart.
