Can’t download apps

I’ve been trying to download apps for 2 days now and they are getting stucked in waiting progress, when I click on them it says loading but doesn’t load. Some apps do some don’t.

I tried everything.

I closed and opened my phone, logged out of my appstore account, Some people said look if your phone is set automatically (it was), looked at my wifi (everything was fine), I have a lot of storage on my phone, there was an ios update I updated my phone, I reseted my iphone then I deleted all settings and backed up my phone.

None of those worked and I am out of options
