MOVING PICTURES SENT TO ME IN AN EMAIL TO AN ALBUM IN PHOTOS ON MY IPHONE XR

On June 3rd I bought a new iPhone XR at an Apple store just outside of Washington, D.C.

I was sent about 50 pictures in two emails on my phone. I want to move them from the email to Photos on my iPhone XR. I am not moving anything from one device to another, but just from one place to another on the same iPhone.

Please, how can I do this? I have created a new album in Photos to hold these pictures. Thank you.
