Downloading apps
My apps won’t download because it tells me to update my payment method but when I do it still won’t download what should I do

The updated payment details were accepted, there are no errors on that screen ? Have you also logged out, closed the app completely, rebooted, and retried ? If that still doesn't work contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

You've updated your payment details and the new details were accepted ? Have you tried logging out and back into the account in the App Store ?
Yes I’ve done all of that still nothing
