How do I open my saved files in the cloud?

Your saved files in iCloud should be on your device already. If not downloaded to the device, you should have access to them in order to download them. If you use iCloud Drive, tap on the app within the Files app to launch it, then look for the file that you want to download or work on.


You can also access you documents by simply opening the corresponding app and the files should be accessible in the app.
