New iPhone configuration
The process to set up my Apple ID in my new iPhone is taken way longer than expected. Is that normal?

Some people have posted it took overnight to set up.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
