Sign into Itunes store

I just restored my iPhone from a backup and I am continuously prompted to sign into the iTunes store. Many of the accounts are old family accounts which makes sense. But many are emails I have never seen.

1) What could those random accounts be from and how could I find out? Is is possible this is a security breach?

2) How can I fix the problem with the old accounts? I don't know which apps or downloads they are connected to as it doesn't say. I have restored from this back up before, why did this not happen that time?

Thank you

iPhone 7 Plus, 12

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
