How can you download free apps on Apple Store?

The Apple Store sells hardware not apps.

To download Apps you use the "App" store.

Free Apps will have a "[Get]" button instead of a price. You can simply tap on the [Get] button next to the App icon to download the App.

If you are trying to download them from the App Store and can't, what happens when you try? Error message(s)?
