Hiding and locking photos.

I know that photos can be hidden. Is there any way to lock a photo or video so that you need a password to "unhide" them? The same way you can lock a note in "Notes."

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

You could put the photos that need hiding into a separate photos library. And put the library onto a password protected disk image. But it I s not possible to have a mixture of hidden and of public photos in one single Photos library.
