Lock photo albums

Why can we lock “Notes” with a passcode but not photo albums? I don’t want my photos spontaneously appearing on my Apple TV screen.

Hiding and locking photos. I know that photos can be hidden. Is there any way to lock a photo or video so that you need a password to "unhide" them? The same way you can lock a note in "Notes."

Turn off Apple TV screen while listening to music Read carefully the entire question. I'm trying to set a black photo as the screensaver of my Apple TV 4K as a workaround to turn off my TV screen while listening to Spotify. I have an Android phone and a Windows computer and I'm not willing to install iTunes on my computer, which means I don't have a stream of Apple photos and I can't share photos from my computer. All I could try was to put a black photo in an iCloud album. Unfortunately, it seems you can't see iCloud photos in Apple TV->Settings->Screensavers->My Photos Any solution to either be able to turn off my tv screen while listening to Spotify or to set a black image as the screensaver without iTunes or an iPhone? Thanks

Sorry. Since we here are almost all just users trying to help each other understand how to work with what Apple supplied, "why" questions are out of our purview.
