Refund for a purchase

Hello! I was not going to buy a subscription for the app, the children took the phone, maybe they decided that it was a game and they clicked. Just now I started to look at the card statement, it was taken a lot of money. Apple Support doesn’t work. It says: “We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund.” What to do? I didn’t even know about that app😭
