I have attempted to connect my 4K Apple TV to the hotspot on my IPhone. Every time I try to connect I get an error message “Incorrect password for “Cary Grant’s iPhone.” I know I am entering the correct password. I am able to airplay through Bluetooth but cannot connect to the hotspot. Would appreciate any help or direction.

It requires the password as set for the hotspot, which is unrelated to any account password or device password/passcode.

Then you will need to refer to how you have configured the hotspot. Bluetooth and airplay are different things.
Note: Using a hotspot is meant as a temporary measure. A provider will throttle once a certain threshold is reached and long term usage would be in violation of the fair use policy.
