Hi I'm overseas currently my phone was fine for the first 3 days now it is glitchimg and won't even let me type or sometimes enter the password. I have an iPhone xs max and it's never had a problem before. It's glitching in and out of apps. If you could please help

In such a situation, sometimes a “forced” restart of your device could be helpful:
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo. When it appears, release the Side Button, wait for your device to restart, then test it.
