New iPhone 8 battery drains guickly
Just got my new iPhone 8 and battery drains even when not in use.
like from 80 to 60 in 2 hours.
What should I do?

How recently did you get it? If it's within the last day or two and you restored if from a back up, it may just be finishing up some behind the scenes maintenance.
If it has been longer than that, go to Settings>Battery and see what's using up all the battery life.
