Selling my Mac book/restore factory settings
I am selling my MacBook and need to restore to factory settings. I have used the Apple Support page and I’m confused at how this is done. Please can somebody help thank you

I am happy to help! First turn your Mac off. then turn it on while holding down the Command and R keys on the keyboard and turn on the Mac. then you can let go when the Apple logo pops up. Select Disk Utility then continue. pick your start up dish that is named Macintosh HD. Choose MacOS Extended. Then click erase.
