"Add" function is inactive in Find My Friends

In the app Find My Friends, I am unable to add friends because the "Add" link is always inactive (in grey). However, I have not lost connection with a friend I added in the past. I just can't add anyone new.

Is there a mysterious setting I am overlooking? Or is this a flaw of the latest iOS software?

I am using iOS 12.3.1 and my apps are kept up to date.

I can't add friends on Find My iPhone I can’t use “find my” on my iphone. I can’t add friends and they can’t add me. When i want to turn off “share my location” or “add friends” i can’t even click on it, it is some sort of grey. Why doesn't "Find My Friends" app work anymore after updating to 13.0 update? Did update on iphone now find friends app has disappeared and can no longer be downloaded. What's the deal?

People Option Not Showing on FindMy I am unable to find peoples option on FindMy app..... I have checked all the options like location service, location sharing Etc. .....my friends are able to see mine but I am unable to add or invite or share any one else. I have restarted the phone, my iOS is up to the date, everything is in line.....how to solve this problem ?

Please check your Screen Time restrictions.
