icloud activation lock
I bought a second hand iPhone on eBay n found it icloud locked and I talked the seller tells me he forgot it now im lost and dont know what to do please help

The seller didn't "forget" their own Apple ID and password. They sold you a stolen phone. Return it for a refund. If the seller refuses, use eBay's fraudulent purchase protection coverage to be reimbursed.
