Using Matrox TripleHead2Go on the new Macbook Pro I9 (MoJave) Thunderbolt Ports

Has anyone successfully run the Matrox TripleHead2Go on one of the new Macbook Pro I9 / Thunderbolt 3 / Mojave systems? We have one in test that we have yet to get to recognize it. Yes, I also have a note to Matrox Support (who I have already verified works with Mojave) but was throwing all my lines out. It wasn't until we brought in the thunderbolt 3 ports that the issues arose.

This was resolved by removing the adapter we had and only using the USB-C to HDMI to plug into the matrox. All is well.

Wondering if it is a Thunderbolt 3 port issue as we have new iMac Pro 10 core, 64 g ram, zeon processor utilizing ProPresenter and sending signal through thunderbolt using a belkin adaptor to HDMI then to an Optoma CS200 Edge blender then HDbT to Optoma projectors. It works great then starts dropping the signal, blipping in and out, causing ProPresenter to lock up and then the edge blender will not accept any signal.

some believe the thunerbolt port is sending voltage and frying the inputs. I wonder if the new iMac has too much power. We are projecting to a 45 ft wide screen. It has been a nightmare. Can't believe we spent the amount of money we did and are having these issues.
