How do I unpair my dead Apple Watch

Hello Apple community, The other day my Apple Watch's screen turned black and shows nothing, no time ,no sinosoidal wave, I mean nothing! I tried everything in the book hard reset, charging, charging it with my computer, I waited a week then repeated the process and still nothing. so I want to unpair my Apple Watch from the Apple Watch app but it's telling me ("Verification Failed There was an error connecting to iCloud") and when I log into my iCloud account I don't see my Apple Watch on the list I also logged into Find My iPhone I don't see it there either. is there any other way to unpair my Apple Watch from my iPhone's watch app?

I went to settings >Bluetooth then tap the information icon for my Apple Watch but it says "To manage settings for your Apple Watch, go to the Watch app" when I go to watch app and try to unpair it I get a message that reads ("Verification Failed There was an error connecting to iCloud") my guess is that the app won't let me unpair unless the watch is on, is there any other way to unpair this watch?
