I want to give away my Apple 3 watch. It is no longer connected to my phone.

I have an Apple 3 watch that is no longer connected to my phone. I want to erase all information

and also disconnect the device from my name. I had thought the latter could be done on line but I am unable to find the site to do this. I plan to give this watch away.
