How do I enable MMS messaging on my phone- only SMS seems to be available in settings?

In Settings>Messages there should be a "MMS messaging" option. Turn it on (green).
Then go to Settings>Cellular>Carrier>Cellular Data Services.... and check MMS>APN and MMS>MMC
If you still can't use MMS, since SMS/MMS are a carrier's feature, contact your carrier and ask them.
