iMessage activation unsuccessful

Activation unsuccessful.

Turn on iMessage and try again.

I tried by best but unable to activate iMessage and facetime. When i turn on iMessage it automatically turns off.

There is no option of send & receive.

When i try to activate by email this message appear :

Unable to contact the iMessage server. Try again.

Can anyone help me?
