Just did CyberByte Antivirus and three things came up. Real problem or no?

Just got these results. is this worth paying 19.99 for a year to eliminate or are these phantom issues?

What I would suggest is to run Malwarebytes to confirm.

Personally I would never install much less pay for an antivirus app on any of my Macs.
