Which USB-C hub will actually charge MacBook 12 inch with peripherals plugged in?

You should have a look at the specs of the hub. Most hubs will only have USB ports and some others like sd card ports or ethernet. You might always have to take the hub out to charge your laptop.

If you search something like MacBook 12" Charging Hub it might pop up some options from eBay or other websites like that

You can use its USB A Ports for your peripherals, and still charge your Mac though use of its USB-C port. Apple sells it right on the Store at the link provided above.
