Unable to update apps

when attempting to update apps I continue to receive “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”

i have attempted to input my user name and pass and fail only to have wait 24 hrs. Again I try and I can not update.

Please help. I can not use any apps until they are updated...

Thanks for posting your question on the Apple Support Communities. If your Apple ID is disabled from iTunes & the App Store, you should contact iTunes Billing Support using the Billing Section of the Contact Apple Support website.


The correct options to click would be in this order:


  1. Billing & Subscriptions
  2. Apple ID & iCloud
  3. "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" alert
