AirPod Troubles

My airpods connect to my phone and will play music and answer calls, but when I go to the Bluetooth settings the only option I’m given is forget device. I’ve tried resetting both the airpods and my phone .

AirPods does not have a setting option When I go to Bluetooth then click on the i icon it only gives me forget this device and disconnect. My phone is up to date with the latest release. I have turned it off then on to restart since the last update.

How do I reconnect my AirPods The green light turns on the shuts off . They won’t reconnect to my phone . I’ve forgot device in Bluetooth and now it won’t even pull my AirPods back up when trying to reconnect them to my phone.
