How do I reconnect my AirPods

The green light turns on the shuts off . They won’t reconnect to my phone . I’ve forgot device in Bluetooth and now it won’t even pull my AirPods back up when trying to reconnect them to my phone.

My AirPods Pro won't go into pairing mode. My AirPods work(ed) fine except they won't go into pairing mode. Someone told me to forget the device on my phone and go from there. They STILL won't go into pairing mode and now I don't have them connected to my phone or my computer. I'm just asking what to do from here. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
